Introduction

Personal data refers to information relating to an identified or identifiable living individual. Different pieces of information, which, when collected together, can lead to the identification of a specific individual, also constitute personal data.

The following clarifications pertain to the completion of our questionnaire.


Chapter One: General Information

Selection of Company Type:

Specify the legal form of your company. Choose between: a) Sole Proprietorship b) Partnerships (O.E or E.E) and c) Capital Companies (A.E., E.P.E, I.K.E.).

Company Name / Trade Name:

State the exact name of the company as registered in the General Commercial Registry and/or the trade name (acceptable in Greek and/or Latin characters).
Provide all the specific details of your company such as Tax Identification Number (TIN), headquarters (city, address, postal code, country).

Provide all the contact details of your company such as email, phone number, website.


Chapter Two: Information Collection

Do you collect identity and demographic data?

Answer affirmatively (YES) if your company collects information related to the identity and characteristics of third parties or groups of individuals. Identity data includes information such as name, address, email, phone number, etc., while demographic data refers to information regarding population characteristics such as age, gender, nationality, education, etc.

Do you collect data from contact forms?

Answer affirmatively (YES) if your company gathers information from forms used for communication with the public. These contact forms may be on your company’s website, social media, or even in electronic messages. The data collected through these forms may include information such as name, address, email, phone number, and anything else deemed important for communication or processing requests from the public.

Do you collect data from social media?

Answer affirmatively (YES) if your company collects information from activities and interactions on various social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. This data may include user posts, comments, messages, reactions, shares, and other forms of interactivity.

Do you collect marketing communication data?

Answer affirmatively (YES) if your company follows the process of collecting information related to communication between your company and its customers within the context of marketing activities. This data typically includes information from various communication channels such as email, phone calls, text messages, social media, etc.

Do you collect sensitive or special category data?

Answer affirmatively (YES) if your company collects information that pertains to sensitive or personal matters for an individual, which may require a high level of protection according to data protection regulations. This data usually includes information related to health, political beliefs, religious beliefs, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, criminal convictions.

Do you transfer personal data to countries outside the EU or international organizations?

Do you conduct employee performance evaluations?

Answer affirmatively (YES) if your company evaluates the performance of employees, i.e., if you assess the performance of your employees in relation to the goals, expectations, and needs of your business. This evaluation may include assessing productivity, work quality, collaboration, skills, initiative, problem-solving, and other factors.

Do you collect data related to minors?

Answer affirmatively (YES) if your company collects information related to individuals under the age of 18. The collection of data related to minors may include personal information such as names, ages, gender, addresses, schools attended, interests, contact information, and other elements that are significant to your company within the context of its operations, activities, or services.

Do you use or share personal data with clients or prospective employers in any way?

Answer affirmatively (YES) if your company, in the context of Human Resources Management, uses or shares personal data of prospective employees with its clients or prospective employers.
